Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy
At Gabbie Riot, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help with returns and exchanges.
Return Window
Returns and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

The reason for your request
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Return shipping is on us.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

Be in their original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be free of stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, odors, pet hair, or damage
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Inspection Process
Once your return has been received, our team will carefully inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return requirements.
If approved, you will receive a Store Credit for the value of the returned item(s), which can be used toward any future purchase at Gabbie Riot.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We've got you covered.
Please indicate the size or item you'd like when submitting your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hola@gabbieriot.co and include:
